It''s a great pleasure to see my favourite Rafa is back. This year Rafa was not clean favourite for Roland Garros due to some reasons. Also remarkable that almost all the big players including great Roger participated here. But whatever be the condition the champion is the same as was before & that is Rafael Nadal. The king of clay started getting his rhythm back from Rome masters where he destroyed Novak in final to win the title. On his way to FO title he gradually became unstoppable. All the matches he played were solid & nearly perfect and in this way he beat Nishikori, R. Federer & Finally D.Thiem for his 12th FO title.Congrats Rafa for winning record 12th FO title and more importantly yr 18th GS title. What u have done so far is simply unbelievable and u have proved that you are not finished yet.Come on Rafa, keep this form ongoing & right now we want one more thing from u that's the coming Wimbledon title.Plz Rafa don't disappoint us you have the ability.Wish u become the Wimbly champion this year. If you reach two French Open finals and lose to Nadal, you’re a top class clay courter. Dominic Thiem hit some absolute weapons in that first set and had the intensity to actually play through Nadal. Nobody can maintain that intensity though because Nadal breaks you down psychologically. He actually stresses me out when I watch him play. You imagine playing someone like him, he’s your worst nightmare. You can see the pain on his opponents face. It gets to the point where winning even one point is a mountain, never mind the match! Once he’s got you, there’s no comeback.

maybe not the best match i have seen. it was many years a ago i followed tennis but these guys wouldn´t win game from the German GOAT Boris Becker... or the second best Ivan Lendl
Galimah Day ago
@ss555 555 you must not have watch (BOOM BOOM) Becker and Lendl in their prime. tennis was much better in the 80s
ss555 555
ss555 555 Day ago
LMAO. Nadal would kick Becker and Lendl's asses on clay every match and he would still win USO against Becker and Lendl in finals. Only on grass would Nadal be vulnerable...BUT, Nadal beat the grass GOAT in his prime in 2008. Not the sad 2014/15 past-his-prime grass GOAT like Djokovic did.

Yeah. A Nadal with a bad knee and foot in 2009 after an exhausting early 2009 hardcourt season (epic SF and F at the 2009 AO) and the 2009 Indian Wells that he won. He only had enough in the tank for a few M1000 clay wins. Did you forget Nadal destroyed Soderling's ass in the 2010 French Open final, 2010 Wimbledon QF, and 2011 French Open QF? Soderling was a fluke who benefited from a beat-up Nadal.

Congratulation Rafa as usual he is the best on clay! I'm Nole fan but it seems like Rafa fan forget the 3 consecutives GS won by the Djoker. To be honest because I'm Tennis fan and I almost watch every match of the big 3 every year! Nadal win this year Roland Garros but his level on clay this year is not like it used to be in 2018 when he play in destructive mode. If Djoker face Nadal in that final it will be sure 5 set match and he could lost. I was reading many comments about nadal and they are probably Rafa fan who saying illogical staff. Let me tell you something, I really respect the big three but Rafa fan really understimate the Djoker. Frensh open Next year will be with the roof when it rains nothing can interrupt him finally from playing his best tennis like he did in 2019. Djoker lost because the nature didn't let him raise his level to his limits. Let me compare the three according to me. Federer's level is decreasing due to his age, he can reach semis of final in GS tournament but I think he won't be able to win any GS if he faced the Djoker or Nadal it's obvious. Nadal's level in clay this year is good but is not better than the last year at least. In Last year in Wimbledon I believe Nadal play his best wimbledon tournament is his carrer, but can he do it this year, I really don't know even with his consistency level nadal in grass if he play a huge server player he can lose like he did against rossol, dustin brown, Nick kyrios and many others cause he don't have a great return of a slippy low strong services. I doubt he could play like wimbledon last year. Concerning Djoker, He is good in grass, he play really good in grass and he beat federer twice in 2014 and 2015 even federer was playing really amazing tennis in that time. last year Djokovic play great wimbledon and in that time djokovic try to gain his confidence and he managed to win wimblledon after his huge effort. But I believe this year since Djokovic play the grass like the hard court, he will play better and he will be in the zone like in AO and he is the favourite to win the tournament even though he is a less worst than Nadal in terms of consistancy and nothing else cause I know Djokovic's skills is really really good and he proved me that when he played this year a nice clay court season for me a convincing season. I want only inter interi to comment on my comment cause he know how to analyse tennisbut if you are Rafa fan and you will talk nonsense, you better don't comment.
Jay Jay Queyquep Cayabyab
Nah its rafa's playground
Houssem Sword
@ss555 555 you are laughing an you forget that rafa only won 1AO ! and you still feel painful cause Djoker destroyed rafa in 2019 AO final? and wembledon sf 2018? it's fine ! but believe me next RG will be different cause it will be a roof and there is no interruptions cause they will make a roof. You ddon't seem a tennis lover by your comment ! sorry and you better don't comment by my post cause I'm a tennis lover I respect all the big 3 and I just give analysis and you come to me to reply that shitty comment! get lost!

At 1.23 Moya should watch and learn Nadal's game weakness : his return 'feeds' Thiem counter. A sihnificant number of his shots r in t same patterns : they r predictable. Had this weakness been addressed since the early going of his career, Nadal would have tallied his GS collection to 28. Do any of you see the same as i see?
ss555 555
ss555 555 Day ago
Nadal's weakness is his serve. What did you expect? His backhand and volleying are top-notch and will help him greatly at Wimbledon and USO this summer.

LMAO at all the Fedtards who would 'win' no matter what. If Fed pulled off the miracle they would be furiously masturbating and jerking each other off. If Fed got a beatdown (which is what happened) they are all 'this is what we all expected. nothing wrong with this result.' Meanwhile they all shit on Nadal getting beat in straight sets at the 2019 AO final vs Djokovic even though it was his first tournament since the four month injury layoff and foot surgery in Dec 2018.

Imagine if two Grand slams were played on Clay, not on hard surface. Nadal Rafael would have like 25 Grand slams or more won. That record Will never be beaten in my opinion. 8 Wimbledons by Federer is incredible, 7 australian opens by Novak is amazing but Rafa, 12, well its truly a marvel.
